I tried to bless necrofire, then set rain, but my intention to get blessed rain failed. How long blessed rain last, if I get it set up?
I have party of four - Sebille - ranger, summoner, geomancer, Lohse - pyro, hyro, areo, Red prince two handed warfare guy & Fane necro, poly scroundel.
I hit level 13 when I saved his family from execution, and have all characters with mnemonic, execpt Red Prince, since he's skill starved.
All my party members are at top of structure at the beginning of the fight.

There was no point left to spend in this talent again or another one. On my char there only were 5 talents remaining.
I don't know if the result of chosing Hannag with the consequence of all animals in the forest dying was all the time like that. Actually it even would make sense.
If not maybe this 'problem' is connected with this issue - somehow?
